    I'm experiencing an issue where I have registered participants for an event in the Event Registered Attendees tab, but they do not display in the Event Management tab. The only participants who show up there are ones who I registered using the Event site. Do you know why this may be?

    I've granted access in Salesforce and our Org ID is 00Di0000000iX2P

    Good day Virginia,

    I am a bit confused. What do you mean by "Event Registered Attendees tab". Are you adding it in that tab? if so that won't work.

    We have designed the Box Office so you can add registrations manually. The Box Office will work perfectly since it will handle all the updates needed to all the related fields. What you are doing will not work.

    Please use the box office and it will do exactly as you expect it.

      I am referring to a tab called Event Registered Attendees that was available in the past on Click and Pledge before more recent updates, where I could manually register attendees without the Box Office. This was beneficial because it allowed me to update records even after the event - the reason I do not do this in the Box Office is because, when I enter the attendee's email address, they receive a receipt and thank you email from the autoresponder despite the fact that the event is past. I'd like to know if there is a way to register attendees post-event, and still capture their email address contact data, without generating an autoresponder.
