Help linking C&P papment as service to Auctions for Salesforce

We added Click & Pledge to your payment methods for the Auction so it will work now. You had not done the post-installation for auction and adding C&P as a gateway.

It is important to make sure that your process does not create duplicate.

Good day Kate,

Based on your post I am reading:

- Payments are already processed through the event
- In Auction you just want to do check-in and check-out without processing the payment.

I believe this may cause issues- if you connect this to C&P and process the payment as cash, it will create another opportunity. Is there anyway not to set up a payment in Auction so you simply state it is a free attendance?

We have to make sure the person does not show double payments in their records.

Any thoughts?

In my San Francisco Instance, I am able to add tickets, but get a warning that I am not tied to a payment processor. The tickets have been paid for through C&P Event Management, but I need the payment processor for check in and check out.
