    When I click on "new" to bring up the New Auction Ticket page, I get the following error.

    Not sure you can read that. It says an unexpected error has occurred.
    Salesforce.com Organization ID 00DG0000000ky8n
    I have granted you access for 1 week. Please advise.

    I got the same error message when I clicked on "Donated Items - add new."

      Good day!

      This is an Auction issue and is related to your auction setup. We reviewed your instance and here is what is wrong:

      it states that the "Closed Won- Not Thanked" does not exist.

      In the above screen, as highlighted, you have added a text for the stage of the opportunity: "Closed Won- Not Thanked" - which means a stage by this name has to exist.

      as you see in the screen below this STAGE does not exist as a stage for Opportunity.

      Since we don't know your business process we can't create the stage for you. You need to create a stage with the same name as you enter in that field and that will resolve the issue.
