Salesforce does not necessarily support all CSS tags.
You may want to refer to: https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHe...language=en_US
The editor and Salesforce site handles a subset of the standard tags. Based on what I see as the output of your page it seems like the CSS is ill-formed and not properly starting. The site does not see it as CSS and is simply displaying the text.
Please review the tags at the start and end making sure it opens and closes correctly.Regards,
