    Hi Michelle,

We reviewed your account and the following are our what was done & needs to be done:
    1. You are using event 1.x events which are no longer supported. Your installed version is 2.x but you have designed your event in 1.x - please set your events up in 2.x tab.
    2. We reviewed your post-installation and noticed that you have created multiple sites (Salesforce sites) for event. While this is OK but with every site you need to perform the post-installation and it may be quite a time consuming undertaking. Setting up one site is the easiest way for doing this - simply one site for all events. We reviewed your post-installation and there were some steps that were missed so we fixed them for you.
    3. We also set up the default tab for the event so now when event application is used the 2.x event management tabs are shown.

We highly recommend that you switch your event to the 2.x format. 1.x events cannot be ported to 2.x and since your event is next week you have time to set up the event in 2.x format which is more flexible.

As for your errors - those errors are not related to our objects and seems like they are your custom VF pages and your own objects. Our application has nothing to do with those objects so we are a bit confused as to what we could possibly do.

Here is the Michelle response. Unfortunately, it didn't get posted to forum and came into the desk.

      -----------------------------

      Hello,
Thank you for reviewing our configuration. That is very reassuring. Some further questions...

      Version:
How do I make sure the Events App I'm working with is the upgraded 2.0? I thought just by upgrading it it would replace 1.0 and we would be left with only one choice? We will recreate our event in the right one, but I'm still not sure how I can make sure I don't make the same mistake again.

      User Interface Settings:
I noticed my manage Profiles screen was reverted to the old layout though and went back to User Interface settings. I noticed you left these unchecked.

      1. Enable Enhanced Page Layout Editor
      2. Enable Enhanced Profile List Views
      3. Enable Enhanced Profile User Interface

Your directions say the second two need to be unchecked during config but can be reset afterward. I have checked them all again and saved those settings. Please confirm this is not a problem. I really do want to have my enhanced Profile interface, it's so much better than un-enhanced.

      The Error:
Can you please consider what other config choices might have led to the error below? I know these are not your objects, but if a universal setting was changed somewhere along the way that might be effecting these objects and their functionality. This is a really show-stopper for some of our users to not be able to register our clients in our workshops. Neither CnP or Exponent, the creators of the other custom objects called out in the error, is claiming ownership of this problem. I'm at a loss and need help making absolutely sure one app is not effecting the other somehow. It's worth double checking the CnP settings effects because that is exactly what I was working on when this error started happening and CnP Paas Id is named specifically in it.

      Invalid field CnP_PaaS__Id__c for Contact
Error is in expression '{!search}' in component <apex:commandButton> in page expaddclientstogroup

      Thanks,
      Michelle
