    The following instances were upgraded as requested:

    KEEN USA 00DG0000000k6LS

    IaaS v3.1001 >> 4.1001
    PaaS v9.1014 >>9.2030
    Event v2.6000.7 >> 2.6000.22 >> 4.1018

    Deleted the legacy tab
    Enabled the Maintenance
    Enabled the Analytics for all the SKU's
    Set the settings at Default site for guest user @<http://keenusa.force.com/default>

    Hi Kate,

    You will see this error if you are upgrading from versions older than 2.6000.22. Updates above 2.6000.22 require this version prior to the upgrade.

    If you want to upgrade yourself please see this release note: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/for...ease-2-6000-22

    The link provided in there - next to the warning is what you will need to use for the upgrade. Once upgraded you may upgrade to the latest release.

    You may also grant us login access & we will update it for you. Since you are in an older release I suggest that we review your post-installation and upgrade for you.
