Add fields/buttons/related lists

I am a new partner with C&P and Kamran advised me to submit a ticket to request assistance with adding C&P Fields/Buttons and Related Lists to page layouts.

Also, please provide a brief explaination of what you have completed. I would like to better understand all the C&P options.
