Does anyone know if there is way to have attendees sign a waiver on line - then track if they have or not? I use the Click and Pledge event manager and Salesforce.

Have you tried using the Terms & Conditions in event and making it mandatory?
If made mandatory the user has to click the accept button before being able to pay. Will that work?Regards,
