  • Name badges for event

    I have read through the documentation and watched the video, but I am still unclear on how to view and print name badges. For our events, we would not like the name badges emailed to the attendee; we want to be able to print them out ourselves.

    I went into the Designer -> Name Badge section of our event, created our template, and assigned those templates to our registration levels. However, I am not seeing the same screen in this screen capture as I am in the demo video. Please advise.

    Good day @jkwok,

    I am not sure what you are referring to. Would you please grant us login access so we can review your event.

    Event name badges and tickets are not sent our by default. Once assigned they need to be included in the "Registration Email" as tags so the links are included when the email is sent out.

    I reviewed your account & the installed versions - you are at the latest so your screens should match ours. Once we have access and the event name we can review & let you know the issue you are facing.

      Hi,

      Thank you! I have granted you one week's access. We want the ability to print out name badges ourselves, and not to send them to the registrant in their registration email.

        Good day!

        The issue you are having is because you have not assigned any designs to your levels for name badges. Please see below:

        For name badges to be available they have to first be designed then assigned to a level.

        If you do NOT wish for the attendees or the registrants to receive the name badges then simply not include them in the "Registration Emails". The emails will include the name badges only if they are included as links in the email body. Once assigned you may download them through the name badge report.

          In my event "Leading Your Child to Success Example" I had assigned name badges to different levels. I am now trying to pull the name badge report in Click & Pledge, but how do I set the criteria so that I only pull name badges from a certain event?

            I found where to pull up a list of name badges in either a PDF or document format. Using my event "Leading Your Child to Success Example" as an example, I created a name badge in the Blue Horizontal 4x3 format. I then went and downloaded a name badges 4 x 3 word document of all of my name badges. However, the name badges are taking up the entire width of the page - not the 4 x 3 size everything is saying.

            Please advise.
