    I have followed setup procedures but when I use test card number I see "Sorry, your transaction did not go through. Please check the information and try again, or contact your bank.". When I check registrant details, I see against response detail:

    Not allowed card type

    Not sure if anyone can advise on next steps. Have checked posts in forum, but only see one issue related to account setup and CAD$.

    Could it be related to GBP? C&P account and Salesforce settings are set to GBP.

    Hi Rob,

    I reviewed your account and realized your account is NOT a live account but a TEST account.

    Our test accounts are only for US$ and as such need to be set up with US $ in Salesforce. I just did a test transaction in your test account and it worked and I believe you should have received the receipt.

    Please use the 4111111111111111 card number with US$ setting.

    Test it and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

      Many thanks for the response. Changed to USD and all working fine now with test card number.
