I have an event named FFS Public MPC TOT and it is showing 16 sold in the inventory but I only have 14 registration. I checked my temporary contacts and my emailed receipts but still only have 14. Are there 2 registration somewhere that I can't find? If not why is it saying the wrong inventory number?

Good day Allison,
We reviewed your instance and noticed that you had deleted 2 registrants manually. The system currently does not add that inventory back to the total inventory. You may want to add 2 to the total inventory.
In Release 3.x we will be updating the inventory and allowing for a more elaborate removal of registrants.
