Separate but related issue to my other post this week, which was discussed during office hours. To distinguish, the other topic was about purchasing multiple event registrations in a single transaction.
Our event page includes a number of registration levels that are sponsorships, in addition to the various ticket levels. Each of the sponsorship levels includes a specific number of tickets. When someone buys one sponsorship, this appears as multiple opportunities in Salesforce. The number of opportunities is based on the number of tickets/registrations allowed at that level. Can we configure things so that a single sponsorship purchase results in a single opportunity?
