    After selecting an item (Registration Level), I still cannot enter any attendee information. The form fields are deactivated.

    I can, however, click the Continue button to proceed the transaction (previously it asked for a Salesforce login). However, I can only enter in my credit card details, NOT any attendee information.

    Is this because our post-installation is still not complete, or because of some setting on our end? I'm unsure how far the support team is on fixing our post-installation.

    Please let me know.

      I am sorry but we have not yet completed your post-installation. It is in the queue and hopefully will be finished later today.

          Good day @Chris_A,

          The issue is with post installation. You had missed to set the permission for Contacts in under "Standard Object Permissions". See screen shot below.

          We have completed that step for you and you can see your Event is working fine.
