    Good day!

We have tested this and cannot possibly know how your phone is set up to debug manually. It works perfectly in our system and we have tested this with many versions of iPad and iPhone without any issues.

You may want to attend office hour and work on a live session with us so we can figure out what actions you are taking. As stated in the prior post we have tested this with various versions, including the 4S, 5, and 6+ without any issues.

iPhone 5. See attached error message. I click Store Manager, Add Category, enter Category Name, Add Image and then hit Add, everything I just added disappears.

Version 9.3.1 works without any issues as shown on the right hand side.

What iPhone version are you using?

    Good day!

Swiper1 has been removed from the portal as it no longer is needed. We now use the same OAuth connection so once your Salesforce is connected it will work without any additional changes.

when adding categories are you also adding picture? the picture is required.

I went back and reviewed the post installation instructions and notices that there is no Swiper1 option on our 3rd party tab in the portal. Could that be our issue? For some reason, we can't set up any categories so that we can create items in the shopping cart. We put in the information as instructed on the video, click done, and nothing changes; it keeps asking us to set up categories first. Thanks for you help with this!

    Good day!

Is this question related to the Salesforce Event Management? It is posted to the Event Management in Salesforce.

Please clarify since we do not have shopping cart feature related to Swiper in the Salesforce Event.

    Can't add a category on Swiper1

I'm trying to set up shopping cart items and I'm trying to add categories, but when I click to add a category, the "loading" flashes, then disappears and no category is entered. I watched the video too, so I believe I'm doing things right. Help! Event is this Saturday!

    Best,
