  • Inconsistent Campaign Members and Donations

    1. My campaign, American Democracy Challenged 2015, has 16 members and 18 donations. There are two campaign members (Hal Rosenthal and Iris Robin) that are not showing up in Donations (it is a free campaign so donations is $0). Additionally, there are 4 Donations (Sam Ecker, Patrice Heller, Harriet Day, Marilyn Silberstein) that are not showing as Campaign Members. I am sure this is an oversight on my part, but I can't seem to figure it out.
    2. Is there any wait to suppress donations completely for free events?
    I have granted login access.

    Thank you.

    @TSisko,

    Donations (additional payments) is an option that you have enabled for the event. It is not set by default. See below:

    The campaign for the additional information is separate as you may not want to mix the total with the event.

    Hope this answers your question.

      Thank you. With regards to my first question, I don't understand why there is inconsistency between campaign members and donors. When someone registers through C&P, and are processed as Temporary Contacts, shouldn't they all be added to the campaign AND (as currently configured) have a donation created?

      * Why are there two contacts in the campaign that don't have a donation record for this event?
      * Why are their four contacts with donations that are not listed as campaign members?

      Thank you,

      Tracey

        I have attended this afternoon's support webinar and this is now resolved. I had to associate a campaign with each level of registration in order for all registrants and attendees to become campaign members. Thank you!
