  • Temp Contacts Not Created

    I have 7 new registrations and none of them are showing up in the temporary contacts so I can pull them through to Salesforce. I have checked in the Event Management app and in the C&P Temporary Contact tab. I have granted access, our Org ID is 00DG0000000h7RM

    Good day Allison,

    May I ask which event you are referring to?

    We reviewed your instance and it seems like all registrations are account for. Let us know which event is the one you are having issue so we review it closely.

      It is the 2014 Austin Conference, the last 7 registrations that came in yesterday and today. No temp contacts and no opportunities were created.

        Good day!

        I reviewed your instance and noticed that no C&P Data has posted to your instance. No C&P Data for the transaction means the system had failed to connect to Salesforce. To double check I logged into your portal and noticed that your connection has been disabled - this happens when a failure occurs and to avoid repeated posting resulting in failure we disable the connection automatically.

        The connection shows as disabled. The error notification email is also blank so the only email address that is being informed is the UserID. We have sent repeated emails to that address notifying you of the issue. Please see below:

        It seems like the only email that is being notified is cathex******** which I believe is the consulting firm that has set this up for you.

        Please login and fix the connection and enable it ASAP since no transactions are being posted to your instance. You may want to check the following KB articles:

          Thank you so much, I just enabled SF and went into the receipts in my C7P account ti push the info to Salesforce. How far back do I need to go? Could you tell me when you first started receiving the error?

            Good day!

            I reviewed your instance and in 2014 you have 1 transaction that shows failed on March 6, 2014. You have a ton of failures in 2013 which are not posted.

            I am not sure what you may have done but in November 2013 you have about 50 and you have some on in October, September, July, and March of 2013.

            If you want we can push them for you in batches.
