  • Urgent: Event not showing up under Event Management anymore

    I was trying to change the text on the registration screen as our registration is closed until Thursday, but now the event is not showing up at all under Event Management.

    Our conference starts in two days and we need to be able to register people on-site and to access the data.

    Good day!

    Your event appears to have been created in the 1.x templates and now you are reviewing the 2.x version interface.

    The 1.x events are not ported to 2.x due to incompatible formats. All 1.x events may be used as is and since the format for the custom questions have changed it won't work in the 2.x templates.

      We are now back from our conference. I replied to the email from premiere support, but have not heard back yet.

      We had originally created the event in the 1.0 module and found out that was causing issues (you guys actually helped us with the in this thread: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/showthread.php?t=1689 ) so we created the event again in the 2.0 module.

      At this point we need to figure out how we can move forward if it is not possible to "undelete" the event that was in the 2.0 module. We still have attendees which registered on site that need to be added to the event, and we need to be able to access the data associated with this event. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
