  • Link to Download tickets

I am creating an event that will require tickets. I have created a PDF ticket and a Mobile ticket to use. When I get my registration email the ticket pdf is not attached to the email. There is a reference to a link to download the ticket. Where do you get the link? Or how do you attach the PDF to the email message?
Also, this client offers a registration level for a group of 10 tickets. Is there a way to do that? Have 10 tickets with one registration level with the tickets attached to the email?
    Thank you.

    Good day!

We do NOT attach tickets to the email. It will cause major problem considering one may purchase 100 tickets and the file size will be blocked by most email services.

The ticket is provided as a link. The link will download the PDF ticket. This method will help to reduce the payload and ensures delivery.

Simply add the link to the body of the email and the attendees & registrants will get the tickets.

    hope that helps. See below:

        Hi @Laure,

The steps for ticket creation is the following:
        1. Create the Ticket
        2. Assign it to the level
        3. Include the link in the email.
You have done 1 and 3 but have not assigned it to the levels yet.

The system offers a lot of flexibility since our clients use this feature with variations we had not even considered when designing it. Using this process you can:
        • Create different designed tickets for each of your levels
        • Create tickets but not send it to the attendees. We have clients that want to print and distribute the tickets when the attendee is at the event
        • Create emails for the registrant and attendees that list different content.
Also note that the attendee email provides a single link to the ticket for the attendee, while the registrant email provides a link to all tickets he/she has purchased.

        Hope that helps.
