  • Is my event page working?

    Hi, I created an event page and I wanted to try a test transaction but when I hit the "continue" button after entering attendee information it went to a Salesforce error page. I know that the event page is in test mode so I'm not sure if that's the issue or not?

    I also want to make sure before this goes live that we are able to make sure that the transactions can go to one of either account we have set up with Click & Pledge. I have both accounts on the form, but I'm not sure if this is correct.

        Thanks! I was able to go through and get the transactions to the different accounts just fine. Are the receipt emails supposed to go through in test mode, or is that reserved for active mode?

          Good day @Maggie,

          The TEST transactions also send the receipt just like the regular transactions. The Test transaction receipts are marked as TEST in red.

            Thanks-- is there any way of knowing whether the email to the recipient function is working-- where the tickets are delivered?

              Good day!

              In the current release we don't have a log file like what we have for the Autoresponder that shows ticket delivery.

              This is a feature in the 3rd release due out in the Q4 of 2014.

              If a ticket has not been delivered you may easily print it in the Registrant tab.
