State drop down field

We have an event in test mode -- Spark! 2014. The state field is not working for any of the registration levels. Can you please troubleshoot this issue?

Good day!

The state picklist works off of the country list. You have not included the country list so state is disabled since it does not show for what country.

Please add the country to the form and it will work.
