    We periodically see posts to our checking accounts that we can't tie back to Transfirst. For example, $100 was posted to our checking account with this description: DIRECTDEP TransFirst/PRI HOLD DIRECTDEP TransFirst/PRI HOLD RELEA 100115 N398482470991 CCD.

    When we called Transfirst we were told to contact you. Is there a way to find out the source transaction so we know what it's for?

    Good day!

    The deposit you are referring to is most probably the eCheck transactions as they come in separately.

    Do you have access to the Translink? The site is Transfirst's reporting site showing you all deposits. If you want access simply submit a help ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com and we will set up the account for you.
