Good day!
We have been researching the issue you are having with the iFrame and finally found the root cause.
Please see: http://bit.ly/Salesforce-KB-000003366
As you recall we could do the iframe in our test account and the same result is true for all of our test accounts. Our developers set up a brand new account to test and realized with new accounts it does not work but all accounts set prior to March 2014 work. Based on the above KB article Salesforce is now blocking iframe for all new instances of Salesforce.
We have contacted Salesforce asking if this feature may be disabled for an instance but have not heard back. Once we hear back we will let you know.

Good day!
We have upgraded your instance and performed the post-installation.
We have also submitted a support case with Salesforce to find out the issue with the iframe. Based on our findings it appears that the new instances of Salesforce are set to not allow iframe and one has to request Salesforce to remove this constraint.
Once we hear back from Salesforce I will post the finding in this thread.
