Linking Facebook Event Page with C&P in Salesforce?

I have a free C&P event setup in Salesforce as well as an event on my organization's Facebook page. While I do have the registration URL on the Facebook Event page; is there a way to link Facebook event responses to the C&P event in Salesforce?

Good day!

Facebook posts are not linked to Salesforce. The Facebook likes are simply posted in Facebook and not inversely related at this time.
