Good day!
I believe we resolved this issue during the office hour. You had not enabled the "Registration Email" so no emails were going out.
You may want to review the release notes as this is a major change and alerts are provided in the release notes regarding this modification. See: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/for...e-event-3-1017
Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.

Hello! I am still having some problems:
1. The Thank you message is not working.
2. Registrant Emails (and address info) is still not getting into Salesforce. Only First and Last Name are getting upserted.
3. No second (or third...) registrant information is being upserted into SF.
4. Registration Emails are no longer working.
Some of this may be a learning curve on my part but I could use some assistance.
I have granted login access.
Thank you ,
Tracey

Good day!
We re-saved the setting and it is fine now. We have seen that at times after the upgrade settings are not saved correctly. We simply opened the setting and saved it.
Would you please test now and let us know if you still have issues.

Good day @tsisko,
We have upgraded you as requested.
Please make sure to review each event & the new "Registration Emails" tab in each event.
Release notes:
- PaaS 9.1: http://cnp.mn/1OVLkta
- Event 3.1: http://cnp.mn/1OVLq46
In PaaS 9.1 you can now send SMS to contacts. You may want to read more about it: http://cnp.mn/1IXtLuA
If you have live events make sure to review the "Registration Emails" tab as the email to attendees & registrants will NOT be sent with this upgrade and need to be enabled in the "Registration Emails" tab. Good day!
The URL will not change as all updates are backward compatible.
Please see the latest release notes: Event 3.1: http://cnp.mn/1OVLq46
As for if this fixes your problem- we still do not know the issue but you are so far behind that we cannot determine what your problem is as it is not related to what is current. Once the update has been done you can see if the issue persists.
Let us know if you wish your instance to be upgraded.

- Impact (change the URL, etc.) any active events?

Access granted to click and pledge support. Please note that I am collecting Email on the General Admission Registration form but it is not showing up in Salesforce. I am only asking for First Name and Last Name on the Payee Registration Form as this is a free event and First and Last Name is mandatory for you payment processor.

Good day!
To expedite this please grant us login access to your account and the order number for a transaction whose email is not there.
Based on your comment the email field is mandatory and is being collected but not showing in the Temporary Contact. Of course since you are not asking the registrant for email the registrant will not have email so any contact that is related to the registrant will NOT have the email. I am sure that is obvious.
Once we have access and an order number we can figure out what is going on.

On the Registration: General Admission form I have the following fields:
First Name, required
Last Name, required
Email, required
Phone, optional
Street, optional
City, optional
State, optional
Zip, optional
Country, optional
On the Registration: Payee form I have the following fields:
First Name, required
Last Name, required
**I have Contact creation set to semi-automatic as recommended. When I go to process the Temporary Contacts, the contact's EMail is not being inserted into the Salesforce Contact. Only the Last and First Name are appearing in the Temporary Contacts list.
Please not that this is a free event, so while I am collecting First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, etc. on the Registrant screen; I am only collecting First Name and Last Name on the Payee Screen (as is required and as I was advised by C&P in a previous post).
