  • Is it possible to Resend Tickets once a transaction has completed?

    Hi CnP Support,

    I have an attendee who can't find her ticket email. Is it possible to resend the tickets? So far, I don't see an area where I can do that. I see in the attendee list, that there is a name badge file, but no ticket file.

    Tickets & name badges may be sent again.

    Click through:
    • Event name
    • Registrations
    • Registrant / Attendee
    • Click on each name and see the details


    for attendee: send individual ticket & name badge

      Thank you. I followed the instructions provided. However no tickets were sent. Is there a particular parameter I can check? Just in case, I have given you access to the account.

          Good day Neely,

          We fixed the issue for you so please go ahead and test it.

          There is an issue in this release with that feature which if fixed in the upcoming release. There is a quick fix for it which we set for your instance.

            Thanks! It does work for "Registrants" but not "Registered Attendees". However, we can work with this for now as it gets the job done. If the upcoming release is soon, we are fine and can wait until then, so you can apply your resources elsewhere.
