  • Swiper1 Authorization Disabled

    Hi,

    This is a bit urgent!

    We have an event Thurs Oct 8 and I am setting up the iPads with the Swiper1 app.

    When I click on Event Settings and click on Check Status, a notification pops up that my authorization has been disabled. I notice that the end date listed on the page states Dec 1, 2000. Might that be the problem? And if so, how do I change that??

    Please go to Check-In & Check-Out and check the Swiper1 authorization period:

    Make sure that with each event the Swiper1 time period for check-in & check-out is valid

    Also Swiper1 Global Access has the right period for the user that is being tested.

    The Swiper1 Check-In & Check-Out allows for different users to have different time permissions for performing the action. For example a volunteer may be allowed to only do check-in & check-out in the morning while others may have permission to check-in / out all day. For check-in & check-out to work the following conditions have to be true:
    1. Check-in & Check-Out > Start & End date & time have to be within the current time (time being checked).
    2. Swiper1 Global Access > the user has to have permission for the event within the time allowed.

      All the time periods are valid, but the status on the iPads remains BLOCKED.

      Authorization Information on the iPad lists:
      Start Date: Oct 7, 2015
      End Date: Dec 1, 2000 ---- HOW DO I CHANGE THIS DATE??
      Status: Blocked

      This is very urgent. Please assist.

        none of your users are authorized. Both users are in pending status.

        Please verify these users by enabling them. This is what I have been saying in the previous replies as well. See below

        Please check the event the user should be able to check-in & check-out as well as the Start & End Date and enable the STATUS to Authorized.

        Let us know if it works now.
