    Good day!

    All your transactions that were in the system with error flag are now posted to your Salesforce account.

    Please make sure the C&P Settings > Maintenance > Self-Healing is set to active. Using this feature the system will make sure the posted C&P Data are cleaned up in case of duplicates. You had many transactions in 2013 and 2014 that were error'd and should now be in your instance.

    Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.

    I have requested all the error'd posts to be re-posted as a batch.

    Please note that these transactions will start posting to your account throughout the day today and tomorrow. If you autoresponders or anything else in Salesforce that will trigger an email they will be triggered. Keep that in mind.

    We will update this post once the post has completed.

    So, this has been an issue for use since mid-August; but we've just been too busy to research it. As a result, we have hundreds of transactions to post. Is there another way to mass post these transactions that show "ERROR" in the Salesforce field? We are working on them one-by-one, but it is an extremely laborious and slow process. Thanks!

    Usually we have temporary contacts, however, our administrator noticed she hasn't received any notifications in several weeks. Org ID#21519. We've given you access. Event example: AS: 2015.10.10 Shop the Closet.

    What is your Salesforce Organization ID & the event name. Please grant us login access so we can review the setting.

    Also make sure these contacts are not in the Temporary Contact.

    Registrants not being added to campaign

    We set up an event and an associated campaign, however registrants are not being added to the campaign, therefore it's not showing up in their contact record. Please advise.
