Clone old event to new event system

I have an old event that was created under the old event system. There was an issue/bug with our buying process that was supposed to be fixed in the new upgrade. I want to keep everything, all settings, etc the same, just clone the old event into the new event upgrade. We did alot of customization to that event that I would prefer to not have to recreate. I tried to recreate it, but it is tough.
