User permission to update event email

I have a user who has been assigned the PS-CnP-Event-All-Permissions but still gets an error when trying to update the registration email for an event.

Delete failed. First exception on row 0 with id a29o0000000bI35AAE; first error: INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_OR_READONLY, insufficient access rights on object id: []
Error is in expression '{!SaveMail}' in component <apex:commandButton> in page cnp_paas_evt:registrationemail: (CnP_PaaS_EVT)

An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)

I have granted login access and our org ID is 00Do0000000KqQt.

We are reviewing your permissions but while reviewing your initial setup we noticed that your version is in the beta releases. Is it OK to upgrade you to all the latest releases while reviewing your permissions?

Are any of the events live? We do not want to update your event if it is active. We can upgrade you during off hours / early morning.

There are currently there are no active check-ins, etc happening for our current events. Next live event is tomorrow.

Which user is the one you are having problem with? It helps if we know the user so we can review the permissions.
We have also upgraded you as requested.

Please make sure to review each event & the new "Registration Emails" tab in each event.
