  • ERROR: "Attempt to de-reference a null object An unexpected error has occurred."

I get the above error when running an Attendee report for an Event. It runs fine for 10 records -- but when I change to display 500 records (there are 364) I get the "null object" error. A scan shows "Name" and "Creation Date" fields for all records.

What's going on? How do I fix?

Have you deleted any levels? We show that levels that had registrations were manually deleted? see below:

The levels are not there and registrants appear orphaned in the database.

Each registrant and attendee needs to be assigned to a level and the only way this can happen is if someone has deleted the levels. Since we do not allow such deletions, once someone has registered for that level, it must have been done through the standard tabs or through native Salesforce.

Are you aware of such deletions?
