It is my understanding that I can enter complimentary tickets through the box office, but I couldn't figure out how. I want the tickets to be at the levels I've specified but require not payment.

No the tickets cost money, but we want to be able to offer free tickets to a few people by entering them through the box office.Comment

Typically people create a 100% coupon code and apply it in the box office. The coupon codes are used for internal use only.
