We have a free event (all ticket levels $0) and would like to use custom confirmation receipts. However, the Autoresponder rule we set is not firing receipts. For the payment type filter on Autoresponder I have enabled all payment types as well as alternatively trying "Custom Payment" as blank and not enabling "Custom Payment". The associative criteria is the campaign filter (same campaign as on the event). Since payment is a required filter in Autoresponder and we are not collecting payment, could this be the cause of the issue?
