"No active C&P accounts for this event"

Hi, I'm trying to create a new event, and I'm not sure I understand why the registration widget (function?) isn't showing up on the page.

In its place, it does say "There are no active C&P accounts for this event" -- we definitely have active accounts, and it looks like in Basic Information we have the account tied to the event even though registration is free... can you help us figure out what is wrong? Our org id is 00Di0000000gcJw
