    Thank you - Click and Pledge Events is now functional (not getting the error) for users with the 'ISF System Administrator' Profile, however users with the other custom profile - 'ISF Development Admin' that also needs access C&P Events is still experiencing issues using the app. I have changed the Click and Pledge test user for this org to the 'ISF Development Admin' profile so you can see what's going on (same issues as previously with the 'ISF System Administrator' Profile.

    Can you please take a look at this other profile?

    Your requests were followed through and the instance has been upgraded to the latest release and the profiles updated.

    Hi - Thanks!
    There is a Click and Pledge test user in that org - and I did change the profile for it to one of the affected profiles - ISF System Administrator (the other one is ISF Development Admin). I set the email to [email protected] and reset the password.

    Yes, please update the instance with the new release/bug fixes.

    We will go ahead and review your instance. We just had a release today that had fixed 2 bugs in the autoresponder which are not related to your issue but if you want we can go ahead and upgrade the instance while we are reviewing it.

    Is it possible for you to set up a user for us with the exact profile so we can make adjustment and test? If possible please set the email of the user to [email protected] and we will go ahead & explore the issue with the profile.

  • Missing Aspect of Profile setup - Error on Viewing Event Management

    Good morning,
    CnP support did the update/post launch for one of my clients (Icla da Silva Foundation - Org ID 00Dd0000000bqgP) and everything looks great when I log in as the System Administrator profile. However, the org has two additional Profiles that need to use the app (ISF System Administrator and ISF Development Admin) and even though I've attempted to match the settings on the System Administrator Profile when it comes to the CnP Events apps, I'm still getting an error (see attached) when I login as one of those two custom profiles and attempt to view the Manage Events page.

    Please advise. I've granted Login access to CnP support for this Org. Thank you!!
