Since upgrading to version 3 we are experiencing an extra selection option in our custom questions. See the image for the example. The ID is the SFID for the Custom Field Section Detail for the questions.

Good day!
As requested we have fixed the issue. The problem is because of an invalid entry that Salesforce saves during the upgrade. The fix is easy and if you see it again the following shows how we fixed it:- Edit the question and change its type to checkbox
- Save the question
- Edit the question and change it back to picklist
- Save the question
This will resolve the issue.
