Good day!
An important observation:
The user set for eVT in the portal is NO longer active in your Salesforce. Please login to the portal and in the tab for eVT make sure the connection is set correctly with an active user.
Currently, while the auction is set up correctly, the payment form will NOT show since the user is not active.

Hello,
I updated the user to someone who is active and updated their security token. I still get this error message when I try to pull up the Save CC Window:
Sorry but We can't find your Salesforce account number in the system. Please verify the account number in the Click & Pledge's portal by following the steps listed below:
- login to the administrative portal https://portal.clickandpledge.com
- click on Account Info (Top right hand side)
- click on the 3rd Party tab
- click on the Salesforce sub-tab
I've gone into the portal, followed directions and verified, but it still made no change. Am I missing a step? - Thanks

Good day!
You organization has 2 accounts with Click & Pledge since you are part of the Seattle Foundation.- Account # 23823 - your organization is the administrator
- Account # 24352 - Seattle Foundation is the administrator and you have the reporting / account management permissions
You can see the account number in the Account Info > Profile.
We highly recommend that you connect both accounts to Salesforce since during the GiveBig all your transactions from the GiveBig pages on the Seattle Foundation site will post to your Salesforce account.
The error you are seeing means the account that you are using is NOT the one in the Salesforce > C&P Settings > C&P Account [see below]
Is this the account that you connected?
The account number associated with the one you have in Salesforce (23823) is not connected. See below:
Please review both accounts and connect them as needed. In this case what you have in Salesforce and in C&P do not match.

This is in the Auctions for Salesforce application. We are using a three track swiper that plugs into the computer's USB port. When we check in a guest in Auctions for Salesforce, we can save CC information. When you click on Save CC, the page expands to enter information. It can be manually entered, but the swip does nothing. Before, when we had a different system, it was all automatic. The eVT code for the CC is saved in the Auctions for Salesforce instance in the configuration.
Please let me know if it would be easier to give you permission to look around the instance. Thanks!

Good day!
I just checked your account and realized your account does not have a retail account set up. This only happens when the retail account application has not been completed at the time of account set up.
With each C&P account there are 2 accounts that are always set up. When applications are submitted we send the form for retail account set up (card present). In your case this application has not been completed and not submitted for setup.
We will contact Transfirst and request the application set up. They will contact you for signature. The rate and fees are exactly identical to your existing account.
Please make sure to complete the application as soon as possible since it will take 72 hours after completion for the set up to be completed.Regards,
