To help us with upgrading your instance please make sure to:
Would you please check the profiles and let us know if they work. We have no way of testing since the only way to test is to have a user with those profiles that we can login as.

As far as I can tell, the problem is fixed! Thank you so much! We have a new profile (Volunteer Team - NEW) and I was wondering how I could push it out to that specific profile.
I'd like to fix this issue for another profile - how can I fix this? My org ID is 00D300000006WoJ and I'm looking at the profile called Volunteer Team. I'd like to know how to troubleshoot this so I can handle this for future instances.
Please make sure to post your organization name & the Salesforce Organization ID so we know how to locate your instance. As part of the process we will also upgrade you the latest instance of our applications. If you don't wish to be upgraded please let us know otherwise we will update your instance.
It is a bit difficult to guess the permissions that a profile has or does not have.
Please do the following:
- Create a user with the same profile as the one you wish to set up with proper permission
- Use the following email for the user: [email protected]
- Let us know when the user is available.
Once we have the same user we will set up the permission and test it by logging in as that user with the desired profile.
