Down for Maintenance

When will the system be back up? We are currently selling tickets and recieving calls from our constituents who are unable purchase tickets.

Additionally, is there a way I can be notified of future updates so that we can be prepared for this in the future? I don't see anything posted on the "system maintenance" thread.

We are NOT down and we never go down for maintenance during the day. If we have downtime it will be announced in advance and is always from 3 - 6 a.m. EST on Sunday morning to minimize impact.

We just received a report from Salesforce on the Power of Us Hub about Salesforce being down. See below:



So it seems like Click & Pledge was not the issue but Salesforce was down for some reason.
