Cap on QTY and Attendees

I am setting up an Event as Anonymous. Is it possible to apply a "cap" on the QTY someone enters for a Level? Also, is it possible to only allow the person to add ONE other attendee?

I want the Event to be set up to allow ONE attendee with the option to add only ONE guest if desired. Please advise. Thanks!

Currently this is not a feature of the application.

I will add this as a feature request. I guess we need to have a limit per registration and per level.
