Event Registration display / functionality issues on mobile devices

Hello - I have successfully set up an event registration and everything is working perfectly - except on my iPhone / iPad. When I tested the form on these devices, the form displays properly, but when I click the add button to register an attendee, either the form doesn't fully display on the screen, or if it does, I can't enter anything into it. Is this something I messed up in how I configured my site template, or is this a known issue with C&P Event site templates? You can click here to see the event registration form.

Hi - we decided to go ahead and start using the registration form (since it works fine on computers - just not on mobile). When I shared the link to the registration form on Facebook I got a weird message that showed up on the post about using IE 11 (which I was not actually using - I was using Chrome). I'm attaching a screen shot of the error. Is this also related somehow to this particular race registration form or is this a bigger issue with all event registration forms?
