    Good day @DMCheng,

    A bug was reported earlier this week for emails not being sent to the registrant when the payment method was eCheck. As part of the release we made the requested change to 3.1018 which was released earlier this morning.

    We recommend upgrading all accounts to this release, especially if eCheck is being used as a payment method.

    The grid lable will include (Summary) and the button label will be changed to "Download Full Report"

    Hopefully this will be more descriptive without any need for more narative.

    @DMCheng,

    The problem is the number of custom questions and field maps is not a known quantity and we have no idea how many columns are there from the start. There is absolutely no limit on how many columns are there with each level so we show the minimum identifable information and leave the rest for the download.

    If it is confusing we may have to add a text such as: Complete information may be downloaded by clicking here.

    Any other suggestions to make it clearer?

    OK I see that the downloaded XLS contains more columns than the display. Please be more specific about actions that need to be taken, since it is not clear that the displayed "report" and the downloaded result are not the same.

    Our standard report includes all this information. Does that not work for you?

    In the Event we have 3 reports:

    Client is using latest version of C&P Events. They want a report to show the attendee's name, city and state, and two custom fields (employer and title). How can I make a report to show this?
