In reviewing your Site setup design we also noticed that you had not added the registration annotation to your design. The registration block needs to be added to the form. If you wish we can add it for you but it is easy and you may easily add it yourself.

Thank you very much. My apologies...I thought I had followed the post-installation steps (followed the video and everything ). Would you mind adding the registration block to the form? I would so appreciate it. Thank you!

I have followed all of the post installation instructions, and the site is working fine except in Safari. I'm on a Mac and can access the form with no problems in both Chrome and Firefox. Is there a specific setting required for Safari, or are there issues that you know of with either Salesforce or Events in Safari?
I'd like to add my name to the thread! I'm having the same problem - though it was working (I must have made a change that caused it to break.) Please let me know if you can help and I'll follow the directions for granting access.
