Is there a way to see a preview of an eticket pdf without having to go through a test transaction? I need to see whether all the merge fields are working.

To preview one needs data. I guess we can come up with fake data & create a preview but for now there is not a preview.

Here is something you can do. Create a ticket and send it to yourself. The PDF that you receive a link for is live, meaning if you change the design and refresh the link you will see the new version. You can continuously change the design and test it.

For example this is the ticket we received when we did the transaction: https://readandfeed.secure.force.com...icketid=Ticket

As you change the design the above link will show your new design.
