We used Box Office to add a ticket buyer to our event who paid by check , but it did not add an opportunity to his SF record. Is there a way for that to happen or is there a better way we should add people who pay by check?

I have granted you login. Our org id is 00DA0000000Zunn, JoyRide Center, Inc. And now we have been informed of another problem. Some are having problems buying tickets to the 2015 Jamboree event from our C&P event page that is on our website. When they access it from their iPad, and click on "add" it sends an error message about "authorization required". Maybe the upgrade will solve that?

Still not showing up in Opportunities. And if someone sends in a check to buy a ticket, we don't have that choice of payment types in Box Office. Just echeck, invoice or CC. So I used invoice, but that sends something called "invoice" to the purchaser and doesn't really show that they have paid. We want to just send one receipt with a thank you message on it showing what they bought. That is how it works with every other donation in C&P. Getting frustrated here!

Please see the payment options that you have for the event and the default settings. Each event has its own payment method and the default settings set the default values for the Box Office.
