Good day @Tim,
We reviewed your account and noticed that you had not enabled the "Custom Payment Type" in the portal. Actually this is enabled by default and it seems like you have disabled it since AmEx has also been disabled.
This information is in Portal > Account Info > Accepted Cards
"Custom" payment type is used for free events as the payment name is whatever you want it to be. I enabled it for you so it should now.
Please review your settings and make sure it is exactly as you want it.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.Regards,

Good day @Tim,
All seem to be OK. May we do test transactions in your form?
We have to see what you are referring to. Your account shows no sign of problems and all transactions are properly tagged.
Once we can do a test following your test instructions we will be able to provide a detailed answer.
You may also benefit by attending our daily office hour (http://cnp.ooo/LiveSupport) so we can discuss the issue. At times there are misunderstandings on how a feature works that may be hard to understand in a forum post.Regards,

Thanks. Yes, please try some test transactions.
There is a co-worker of mine who has also posted about our problems, [email protected]. So you do not need to respond to her, just me will be best.
I noticed that after the C&P Event Management upgrade to v. 3.x that the Salesforce public url no longer shows anywhere in the event creation process. And the current C&P GUID is different than the one assigned when we first started with C&P.

Good day @Tim,
I highly recommend that you visit the release notes for 3.1 and see the new features. I will explain them below. Here is the release notes:
Release notes:- PaaS 9.1: http://cnp.mn/1OVLkta
- Event 3.1: http://cnp.mn/1OVLq46
C&P GUID does not change with upgrades. Your GUID for Click & Pledge API is always the same. Which GUID are you referring to?

The GUID that I had in C&P Settings is 39300981406969. Jackie Scott said she was told where to find that number earlier today and she found 567e7f45-d15a-47f3-ab16-f678d22598e2. Can you tell me which is correct and where I can find that number in Salesforce?
Have you tried a test transaction? I just did. Same declined message.

Good day @Tim,
Strange!
Why have you added the MID in the C&P accounts? I deleted it as that is wrong. The first entry you had is correct but the second should not be there.
It works now. Please test it.Regards,

I tested it as well and it works. Thankyou thankyou thankyou.I'm not sure where that account came from, but since I had never made any change after the initial installation, I assumed it was valid.
I also have a one active checkout easy page on our website for donations. Do I need to make any changes to that setup?
