My users seem to be getting a permission error when they try and delete registrations. Can you tell me how I can allow them to do this?

You may want to review the permission sets. we have for event. If you want us to review please grant us login access and the user that has the problem so we review the permissions assigned to the user.
It is a permission issue as the error indicates so it should be easy to fix.Regards,

Good day!
We have a set of permission sets that will ease adding various access levels to your users. These permission sets are available in the 2.6000.22 but you are in an earlier version of the app.
We can upgrade your instance if you want. Please let us know if you wish to be upgraded otherwise we can send you the list of objects that these users need to have access to since we cannot login as them.Regards,
