Today our registration levels where meant to switch for the early priced levels to the late registration priced levels. I have checked and updated the dates 3 times and the new levels are not showing on the site page and one of the levels that is no longer meant to be showing still is. Please help as this event is live!!!!

I did grant access. Also because we have so many people with issues and complaints I did go back in and extend the early registration levels until Friday. For some reason making those changes worked. But I want to make sure the same things won't happen on Saturday morning when it needs to switch over again.Comment

We reviewed your instance & it seems there is a problem with time zone.
Are you referring to the 5K Registration with a start date of 4/1/2014 9:56 AM?
Can you change the start date to yesterday and see if it shows? We believe the time zone is influencing this and we are investigating it further.
Please let me know if changing the time to yesterday works- we did not want to test it since your event is live.Regards,

I tested the extra team runner level by changing the start date to yesterday and it worked. Changed it back to avoid confusion as the event is live. Is there a way to check that what ever was weird this morning won't happen again on Saturdya mroning when those levels are meant to turn on and the early registration levels turn off?Comment
