I need Salesforce Upgrade Assistance

Hello,
I've gone through all the post installation instructions to the best of my ability. When I try to view my page, which is sorely underdeveloped right now, I either get a message that says that my site is under construction or that I have insufficient privileges. I've given support access and my Salesforce Id is: 00D1a000000ZlQ6

I moved this thread to the regular event channel since you are already at the latest release. The issue you are having is due to the following reasons:

- The site URL was missing the site name (default) and should be: https://ctckids-developer-edition.na...e.com/default/

- The Organization ID you have provided is a "Developer Edition" and as such does not provide secure sites. We have a note in the site URL that states the change that needs to be made for the developer edition. Simply remove the https:// and replace it with http:// when testing - for reference please see: [I am including details here so for future reference others can also see in case viewing this thread]

Please note that this has to change (add .secure.) when you are in the production instance. The Salesforce developer edition does not provide the secure site as the Enterprise does.
