    Good day again!

    We checked your account and noticed that the "Custom Payment Type" was not enabled for this account. This happens if you remove it in the portal and disable it (https://portal.clickandpledge.com > Account Info > Accepted Cards . Once disabled the account cannot post to the API using the disabled payment type.

    We enabled the "Custom" option and now your free event should work.

    Free event uses "Custom Payment Type" as the payment type for free transactions. The type allows you to enter a name to be shown on the receipt for the payment type.

    Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    Good day!

    May we have access to your account? Free events should not go through the payment processor and simply uses the invoice to process it.

    Have you enabled invoicing and custom payment type for the event?

    Registering for a Free Event- Status declined

    We are running into an error when trying to register for a Free Event.

    We get the error "Sorry, your payment did not go through. Please check the information and try again."

    When We look at the registrations for that event, we see the registration names but the status says "Declined"

    We are on version 2.3009

    Paid events are working fine.
