I am trying to import a CSV file of discount codes into an event and I am getting an error "List index out of bounds: 7" Not sure if it's because my CSV file is not formatted properly, but I did use the template.

This typically happens when there is a blank line somewhere or extra columns.

Are you uploading this for for "Event Discount" or "Level Discount". Please note that the batch upload for each is different.
The file you sent us is for "Event Discount" and it should work fine if you upload it for event discount but it seems like you are uploading it for individual levels.
Please try it for the template it was downloaded and let us know if you still have issues.Regards,

Your file does not match the template. See below:
Your file has columns that are not the same as the template.
Please download the template for event and try it again. Let me know if it works.
It is best to download the template and upload it as a test then fill it and try again.

Not sure why my download template is different, but it does work. It turns out that I needed to remove the currency formatting and add a value to the Min Amount and Max Amount columns. After doing this, I was able to successfully import my file.
